Dear Srishti, you cannot get admission in the 2nd year diploma program at Government Polytechnic Ratnagiri with 77 marks in class 12. The minimum qualifying marks for admission to the 2nd year diploma program is 80%. The admission process for the 2nd year diploma program is based on merit. The merit list is prepared based on the applicant's class 12 marks. Applicants who have scored above 80% in class 12 are eligible to apply for the 2nd year diploma program.
